Note: Simultaneous translation will be arranged for both German to English and English to German.

Cancellation terms
Your registration is only valid once payment has been received. For cancellations received up to 30 days before the event (23 September 2026), we charge a cancellation fee of 35% of the ticket price. Cancellations received later will be charged at the full price. If you are unable to attend at short notice, you may transfer your participation to another person within your organization. This does not apply if the cancellation is due to force majeure. The organizer reserves the right to make short-term changes to the event date, location, and programme.

Privacy terms and conditions
The personal data provided during registration will be used exclusively for the organization and execution of the event. Data will only be shared with third parties if this is necessary for the execution of the event (e.g. hotel bookings, catering). Photos and video recordings may be taken during the event and used for documentation and public relations purposes. You also agree that your name and practice/clinic may appear on a participant list (printed or digital) visible to other guests of the symposium. Participants who do not wish to appear in recordings or on the participant list must notify us in writing before the start of the event.
